Meet Ying (Melody)

A Polestar-trained Pilates instructor

and certified tennis coach.

Melody’s journey into movement began through her own experience of physical limitations.

Through Pilates and continued exploration, she discovered a deeper way of understanding the body, not just training it, but listen to it.

Today, she combines Pilates, functional movement, and her background in tennis to help others move better, feel better, and reconnect their bodies.

Her sessions are not just about exercise, but about awareness, balance, and sustainable change.
